Using GeoGebra in all its diversity
The free software GeoGebra has developed into a versatile tool that can be described as a "dynamic mathematics system", DMS. Geometry, analysis, numerics, stochastics and algebra are intertwined. Algebra window, spreadsheet, CAS, 3D window and two graphics windows exchange their information intelligently. The integration of GeoGebra-tube enables access to ggb files from any device, including all tablets and smartphones.
GeoGebra as a comprehensive didactic tool
How do you support the understanding of functions, differentiation and integration, the understanding of the main theorem, the e-function, extreme value problems? How can we promote understanding in stochastics? The lecture is not about quickly obtaining results, but about establishing a basis for understanding. Everything according to the motto: First understand, then calculate!

Maxima: Computer algebra for everywhere
Computer algebra systems are useful tools for solving mathematical problems. The commercial programs Mathematica and Maple, for example, are well-known and widely used, as are the special calculators used at school. Maxima is a very powerful free software that is not only available under the common PC operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), but also runs under Android and can therefore also be used on tablets and smartphones. An introduction is given to the operation and capabilities of Maxima, which are hardly inferior to those of commercial programs.

Beautiful mathematical documents
LaTeX has been around for more than 25 years and has proven to be an excellent tool for writing mathematical documents. One often hears the objection that LaTeX is more time-consuming, more error-prone and less efficient than Microsoft Word. The lecture will show that this is not the case. There are sensible development environments with which even beginners can quickly get started.
