Prof. Dr. Guy Vallet , Laboratory of Mathematics and Applications of Pau (LMAP), Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour talks about the topic: " Some results on Lewy-Stampacchia's inequalities for obstacle problems"

Abstract: This talk discusses recent results on Lewy-Stampacchia inequalities for obstacle problems in elliptic, parabolic and some stochastic equations. The emphasis will be on how these inequalities are also a tool for generalizing existence results.

Already from 16:45 there will be the opportunity for a discussion over coffee and tea in the meeting room (R206).
