  • Investigation of the interface between mathematics and its application subjects (especially in engineering) as well as required mathematical competencies in mathematics application subjects
  • Learning strategies in mathematics-containing courses (see also "LimSt" below)
  • Design of the school/university transition taking into account affective characteristics in the STEM field in general
  • currently: development of a learning center as a counseling center and workspace in the Institute of Mathematics
