We search a (n-c) sample plan with a steppness at the indefference point p_0,5 of more than h₀.

For the determination of c we start at c=0 and increase c until 2(np_0,5)^c+1/c!exp(-np_0,5)* is bigger than the reuqired steepness. The corresponding n can be found in the chi² distrubution table.
