Computing equipment
The Institute of Mathematics has a small compute cluster for research and development. This currently consists of:
- 2 nodes each with 2 Intel Xeon E5-2660 8-core CPUs with 2.6 GHz and 128 GB main memory
- 4 nodes with one Xeon Phi Knights Landing 68-core CPU 7250 each with 1.4 GHz and 115 GB main memory
- 1 node with 2 Intel Xeon Gold 6148 20-core CPUs with 2.4 GHz and 192 GB main memory
- 2 nodes each with 2 AMD Epyc 7351 16-core CPUs with 2.4 GHz and 256 GB main memory
- 1 NAS with 96 TB storage
