The emergence of new technology-driven and knowledge-intensive industries has led to an expansion of tertiary labor market and also to a change in the traditional business. These changes were favored by developments in information and communication technology and reason that the qualification profiles of labor supply and demand no longer coincide. These developments are also associated with the growing transformation of traditional employment in temporary, project-related employment. To eliminate the qualificatory "mismatch" and to improve the adaptability and employability of workers new education strategies are needed that appeal more strongly than before the shared responsibility of all stakeholders involved in the higher education system. Only if universities and companies operate in joint ownership, new knowledge can be efficiently transferred into practice and, conversely, the demands of the market are reported back to science. That is why we see an important task to bind together interested companies in the form of learning alliances or introduce us as lecturers in training courses.
